Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at decorxhome.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will promptly assist you with a resolution.

Returns

• We offer a 7-day return policy. You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at decorxhome.com@gmail.com to initiate a return.
2. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and shipping label.
3. After the product is received, it will undergo a quality check.
4. If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed.

Refund Deductions:

• A 15% deduction will apply on refunds to cover return shipping costs.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be reversed to the original payment method.
• COD refunds will require bank account details.
• Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
• Once the order is dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

Custom / Personalized Product Orders

• Custom-made or personalized posters (including designs created on request or based on customer images) are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• COD is not applicable on custom/personalized orders.
• These items can only be replaced if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

Bulk Orders

• Orders valued above INR 10,000 fall under the bulk order category.
• Bulk orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Only individually defective or damaged items may be replaced.
• Delivery timelines for bulk orders may vary and will be confirmed during order confirmation.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the product and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
