At DecorXHome, we take pride in delivering high-quality wall posters and home décor items. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please review our cancellation and return policy below.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at decorxhome.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will promptly assist you with a resolution.
Returns
- We offer a 3-day return policy. You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at decorxhome.com@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and shipping label.
- After the product is received, it will undergo a quality check.
- If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
- Once the order is dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

Custom / Personalized Product Orders
- Custom-made or personalized posters (including designs created on request or based on customer images) are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- COD is not applicable on custom/personalized orders.
- These items can only be replaced if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the product and place a new order (No cost) once your return is accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.
