Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where the total value of one or multiple orders placed by the same customer exceeds ₹10,000, our representative will request an advance payment of 10% of the total order amount. This helps us cover the significant forward and return shipping charges imposed by courier partners in case the shipment is refused or remains undelivered.
